Having spent 20 years in the entertainment business, working around the world on cruise ships, theatres and in leading hotels, then you can imagine that Julia has picked up a considerable knowledge on how to host an event. If you combine this knowledge with Julia’s creative flair, organisation skills and contacts within the industry, then you can start to see the potential that Julia can offer in creating an event for a charity, theatre, cruise ship, corporate client or private individual. 

JM Productions is about turning a clients dreams into reality and the earlier that a client brings Julia onboard the more chance that the client can achieve their objectives. Julia’s creative input at the beginning of a production planning schedule can often pay dividends further down the line when it comes to putting the production together.

Julia previously owned and operated a 450 seat theatre in Southern Turkey and was personally responsible for a staff of over 20 people, including waiters, dancers, singers and sound and theatre technicians. In addition to the day to day management Julia also produced and performed in 6 evening shows per week, often to a sell out audience. The venue was called ‘Starlight Nights’ and the 6 shows per week included some 60 different dance routines, which required a considerable number of dance costumes. In order to fulfil this requirement over 4,000 stunning and elaborate dance costumes was purchased including many full Vegas feathered outfits, these are all still owned today by JM Productions and used to great effect in many of the productions that JMP produce for clients.

More recently JMP have engaged in a number of large scale productions involving multiple characters, elaborate pyrotechnics, Bollywood dance crews, ice sculptures, flame machines, dry ice, fire eaters, stilt walkers, laser shows, magicians and even a live tiger on stage (you would not believe the planning, H&S and paper work that was needed to make this happen).
